Ethan “ModBoy” Bramble is embarking on a journey to reshape his appearance through laser surgery on his face, a significant step for someone who has over 200 tattoos covering his body. Since the age of eleven, Bramble has embraced various body modifications, including stretching his ears, removing his belly button, and even splitting his tongue.
A Costly Transformation
In an episode of the No Filter series on LadBibleTV, Bramble revealed that he has spent approximately $60,000 AUD (around £36,000) on his alterations. Despite his dedication to body art, he expressed remorse over the negative attention he has received for his unconventional choices.
“I guess you could say I regret some tattoos. Not just regret, I think there’s a difference between regret and wanting to be perceived differently,” he shared. As a new father, he has concerns about how his appearance might affect his daughter, stating that he wouldn’t want her to get face tattoos at a young age. He acknowledged, “The face is a big thing that can lead to so many problems for yourself, which I probably wouldn’t want my daughter to have to deal with until she was a bit older.”
The Pain of Change
Bramble has been undergoing laser surgery for about a year to reduce the visibility of his face tattoos. “I’ve been getting laser [surgery]… We do it in sections, but I’ve probably gone over the full thing six or seven times,” he explained. He attributed some of his anxiety to his heavily tattooed face, stating, “I want to think that a lot of the anxiety was from just having a face full of tattoos.”
Legal Troubles and Controversy
Recently, Bramble found himself in legal trouble when the Victorian Police issued a warrant for his arrest. He humorously claimed he was no longer in Victoria and doubted he would be extradited. He even live-streamed a video on Instagram, joking about his situation and expressing a desire to evade capture.
Known for his controversial presence on the ‘Blokes and Their Ice-Creams’ Facebook page, Bramble made light of his arrest warrant, saying, “Nananana you’ll never catch me. Cream of the bros.” While some criticized him for his antics, others encouraged him to continue evading the authorities.

Bramble, who has undergone over 40 body modifications, has a history of extreme alterations, including having his tongue split, his nostrils punched, and his eyeballs tattooed. He described his tongue-splitting experience at 17 as particularly painful, requiring him to sleep upright for five days to avoid choking.
Despite his troubled past and ongoing legal issues, Bramble is focused on being a good father. He has expressed a desire to change his appearance to create a more positive environment for his daughter, hoping to be seen differently as he moves forward in life.
