A Heartbreaking Note By A Child Who Said They “Cry Every Night” In Fear Of Getting Deported Is Going Viral

During the campaign for the presidential election in 2024, President Donald Trump made a promise to his supporters that he would carry out mass deportations. Since he was elected, Trump’s administration has been adamant about generating fear regarding deportation activities.

The ASMR videos that they posted showed refugees being restrained with handcuffs.

At the same time, they published a Valentine’s Day meme that featured photographs of Donald Trump and Tom Homan, who he referred to as his “border czar.” The meme stated, “Roses are red, violets are blue, come here illegally, and we’ll deport you.”

Late in the month of January, the Department of Homeland Security issued a statement regarding their decision to permit Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to enter “sensitive” areas. The statement read,

“This action empowers the courageous men and women in CBP and ICE to enforce our immigration laws and catch criminal aliens—including murderers and rapists—who have illegally entered our country.

” People who commit crimes will no longer be able to conceal themselves in places like schools and churches in the United States.

The Trump administration will not restrict the actions of our courageous law enforcement officers; rather, it will rely on them to make decisions based on common sense.

As a result of the decision made by the Trump administration to permit Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers to enter schools, there has been a substantial amount of opposition. One child appears to have sent a note to a friend in which they express their fear of being taken by ICE while they were attending school.

More than twelve million people viewed the note after it was widely disseminated on X, which was once known as Twitter.

The following is what it says: “El Salvador is where I will be if I am taken by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement.” My best friend and the brother I never had, you are my best friend. When I go to sleep, I cry because I keep worrying that they will come and get me at school.

Additionally, the letter contains illustrations of faces with tears falling from the eyes of the characters.

A great number of people have voiced their profound displeasure with the government of Donald Trump in reaction to this note.

Something along the lines of “Fuck ICE. To hell with Donald Trump. I am going to fuck everyone who is okay with this. This is what I mean.”

Someone else wrote, “The cruelty is the point,” and I agree with them.

Someone who claimed to be a librarian wrote, “I’ve spent the past two weeks having breakdowns at my desk just thinking about the fact that my library kids or their parents could be deported at any moment.

They do not deserve to live in constant fear.” This statement was made by the person who claimed to be a librarian.

Some schools in New York and Chicago have taken action in response to the administration of President Trump, claiming that they will only permit immigration and customs enforcement officials to enter the school if they have a warrant that has been signed.
