Grandma and Grandpa visited their kids for the night.
Discovering the Pills
While exploring the medicine cabinet, Grandpa discovered a bottle of V pills. Curiously, he asked his son about trying one.
A Cautionary Response
His son replied, “I don’t think you should take one, Dad. They’re very strong and quite expensive.”
Grandpa’s Interest
“How much?” Grandpa inquired.
“Ten dollars per pill,” the son answered.
“I don’t care,” said Grandpa. “I still want to try one. Before we leave in the morning, I’ll leave the money under the pillow.”
A Surprise in the Morning
The next morning, the son found $110 tucked under the pillow. He called Grandpa and said, “I told you each pill costs $10, not $110.”
“I know,” Grandpa replied with a smile. “The hundred is from Grandma!”
